This feature is used when you try to call someone and get a busy signal. This feature tells the system to monitor the status of their phone; and as soon as they hang up, it will ring your telephone. This feature can ONLY be used for telephones connected to the same PBX.
HOW TO USE
When you get a busy signal:
1. Press Ring Again key. (A steady light will come
on).
2. Hang up
To respond:
1. Set will buzz (Ring Again light will flash). If you are busy, you may ignore this (no harm done).
2. Lift hand set
3. Press Ring Again key (the number will automatically be dialed for you).
To cancel (without lifting hand set):
1. Press Ring Again key (light will go out).
