This is a very handy feature to be used when you try to call someone and get a busy signal. This feature tells the system to monitor the status of their phone; and as soon as they hang up, your telephone will ring. This feature can ONLY be used for telephones at the same PBX.
HOW TO USE
If you get a busy signal:
1. Quickly press the switch hook (one of the two buttons in the handset cradle).
2. Dial 11
3. Hang up
When the other party hangs up:
1. You will hear a short burst of rings
2. Lift handset during ringing
3. Call is automatically connected
To cancel, lift hand set:
1. Dial 12
2. Hang up
