1. From your main telephone line, dial 6288. Or 535-6288 Your personal voice mail is setup on your extension.
2. When the system answers, it prompts you for your mail box number and then for a temporary password, enter (on the dial pad of your telephone) 72+ your extension.
3. Change your password, press 4 to go to personal options, 2 to go to administrative options, 1 to go to the password menu. Press 5 to change your personal password and then follow the directions from the system.
4. Change your greeting, press 4 to go to personal options, 3 to go to the greetings menu. The system will instruct you how to change your name and greetings.
